This notice explains the information collected through Regal Window Cleaning’s quote form.
Information you provide
The form asks for your name, phone number, property suburb and cleaning requirements. Email and notes are optional. Please avoid including payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information in your notes.
How enquiries are used
Regal uses your enquiry to discuss the requested service, confirm coverage and access, prepare a quote and arrange a booking if you choose to proceed. Sending a quote request does not confirm a booking or subscribe you to marketing.
Website hosting and storage
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores submitted enquiries in a database accessible through Regal’s Cloudflare account. The public website does not provide a way to read stored enquiries. Cloudflare also processes technical request information as part of delivering and protecting the service.
Advertising and technical information
If you arrive through a tagged advertising link, its campaign identifiers and click identifiers may be saved with your enquiry to help identify its source. The form uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The site prepares interaction events such as phone-link clicks and successful form submissions for analytics; no Google Ads or Google Analytics tag is currently connected by this website implementation.
